I suggest you...

Give Opinion to safely full/hard/extrem-reset a vm in case of trouble

If a VM is completely locked, ich have to reset it like http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX131421

a Button to do such things would be nice :-)

        We have that scripted because we use it often. It can be partially avoided by NEVER using "shutdown" on an unresponsive or "troublesome" Windows VM - Xen just waits for ever for the tools to do their work which they never do. If a windows box is sickly, use Force Shutdown first, you'll have less need to destroy the domain.

        So a destroy button, I think it's possible with calling "hard_shutdown" in XAPI (Citrix documentation describe it as "Stop executing the specified VM without attempting a clean shutdown.")
